2VSIT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS

Take payments smarter — without the gimmicks.

01 / OUR PHILOSOPHY

Your payment strategy should work for your business first.

2VSIT does not lead with cash-discount, non-cash-adjustment, or “we eliminated your fees” messaging. We start by understanding your real effective cost, how customers pay, and what creates the cleanest experience for your business.

Know the real cost

Look beyond the headline rate. Percentage, transaction fees, monthly charges, card mix, and volume all matter.

Keep pricing clear

We generally prefer a simple posted price over making employees explain a surprise card-related difference at checkout.

Compare before switching

Sometimes the smartest first move is asking your current provider for its best standard pricing in writing.

Choose for the business

The goal is not to maximize a processor’s revenue. It is to find a payment setup that supports your operation and margins.

There is no magic “free processing.” The better question is: what does your business actually pay, and how should you account for that cost?

02 / THE NUMBERS

Start with your statement, not a sales pitch.

A lower advertised rate does not automatically mean a lower effective cost. We want to understand the full picture before recommending a change.

Illustrative restaurant example

Monthly sales$50,000
Card volume at 60%$30,000
Example pricing2.7% + $0.15
Example transactions1,000
Estimated monthly processing$960
Estimated effective rate3.2%

This is only an example, not a quote or pricing recommendation. Your actual cost depends on card mix, transaction count, processor agreement, monthly fees, equipment, and other factors.

One posted price can be easier to operate.

Instead of automatically putting a separate card fee conversation at the register, we believe owners should first understand their true operating costs and decide how those costs fit into overall pricing. The right answer is different for every business.

03 / HOW WE HELP

Understand first. Compare second. Change only if it makes sense.

A payment decision should come after the business is understood — not before.

1

Review your current setup

Tell us how you take payments today, your business type, approximate volume, and what is frustrating you.

2

Look at the real numbers

We focus on effective cost, fees, transaction structure, customer experience, and operational fit.

3

Identify what matters most

Rates matter, but so do deposits, hardware, integrations, support, online payments, and multi-location needs.

4

Explore the right solution

If a different setup makes sense, we can help connect you with an option that fits your business without publicly pushing a single processor.

04 / BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Payment needs are different from one business to the next.

Restaurants, food trucks, retail stores, service businesses, contractors, coffee shops, salons, and multi-location operators can all need different payment workflows.

Restaurants & food businesses

Counter service, tableside payments, tips, online ordering, delivery, and high transaction volume can change what matters.

Retail & storefronts

Inventory, checkout speed, barcode workflows, returns, and multiple registers may matter more than restaurant features.

Service businesses

Invoices, deposits, recurring payments, mobile payments, and getting paid in the field can become the priority.

Growing & multi-location

Reporting, permissions, deposits, standardized hardware, and location-level visibility become more important as you grow.

05 / TRANSPARENCY

We may work with payment partners. We still start with your needs.

2VSIT may work with and may receive compensation from payment solution partners when a business chooses an eligible solution. We do not use this page to promote one processor by name. Our goal is to understand the business first and help identify a fit based on the information available.

We do not promise that processing can magically become free.
We do not promise one rate is best for every business.
We want fees and important terms reviewed in writing before a decision.
You should review your merchant agreement and applicable rules before changing pricing or payment practices.

READY TO LOOK AT THE NUMBERS?

Tell us how your business takes payments today.

You do not need to understand every line on your processing statement. Give us the basics, tell us what you want to improve, and we’ll start there.

06 / QUESTIONS

Common questions

Are you promising 0% processing?+

No. Processing has a cost. We focus on understanding where that cost sits, what you are actually paying, and whether a different setup makes sense.

Do I have to switch payment companies?+

No. A good first step can be reviewing your current statement and asking your existing provider for its best standard pricing. If your current setup is competitive and works well, changing may not be necessary.

Do you recommend cash discount programs?+

They are not our default strategy. We generally prefer to first explore clear posted pricing and standard processing, but every business, agreement, and jurisdiction is different.

Can you guarantee a lower rate?+

No. Rates and effective costs depend on many factors. We can help review the structure and compare options, but we do not guarantee a specific savings amount.

Do you work only with restaurants?+

No. Payment Solutions can be explored for restaurants, food businesses, retail, service businesses, contractors, and other small businesses.

Will you tell me which providers you work with?+

Our public page stays provider-neutral. After we understand your business, we can discuss relevant options and any important terms before you decide.
